At Bellavista, every piece is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and create each design with care. Because we work with a global fulfillment network, delivery times depend on the type of product and the region it is shipped to.

Below is a transparent overview of our full process.

1. Production Times

Phone cases
Production time: 2–5 business days

Clothing, swimwear and dresses
Production time: 2–7 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Times by Region

Delivery times begin once production is completed.
These windows are based on historical averages across our global shipping network.

A. Phone Cases

Europe: 4–12 business days
North America: 6–20 business days
United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
Asia: 10–25 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Swimwear and Dresses

Europe: 5–15 business days
North America: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
Asia: 10–25 business days
Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, regional carrier performance, seasonal demand, and other external conditions.

Bellavista cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

3. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking link once your package ships (when available).
Please note that some carriers take 2–5 days to update tracking information.

4. Split Shipments

If your order contains different types of products (for example, a phone case and swimwear), items may arrive in separate shipments.
This ensures the fastest possible delivery for each product category.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and the items in your cart.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on local regulations.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery FAQ

Why does my order take longer than expected?
Each item is made to order. Production requires 2–7 business days, and delivery varies by region and local postal services. Some packages arrive quickly, others take longer—this is normal.

Why is my tracking not updating?
Carriers may take several days to scan and update tracking information. This does not mean your package is not moving.

Why did I receive only part of my order?
Different products are shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

Do you offer express or guaranteed delivery?
Not at this time, as transit times depend on postal services and customs in your region.

What if my package appears lost?
If tracking has not updated for 15 days or if it shows as delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us at hello@bellavista-italy.com.
